The Seraphim Stephan, Sr. Manufacturing Complex on Palmer Road in Madison, AL
Tyonek Manufacturing Group’s main office and production facility is a complex spanning nearly 80,000 square feet located at 229 Palmer Road in Madison, AL. This facility contains state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical manufacturing facilities and equipment, to include surface mount, and conformal coating machines for printed circuit card assembly; CNC milling and turning machines; welding and fabrication equipment for steel, aluminum, and stainless steel; plating and painting; and sheet metal fabrication.
With ready access to Redstone Arsenal’s Technical Test Center, NASA, Wyle Labs, and a host of local technically oriented business partners and support contractors; Tyonek has the ability to provide product development and manufacturing to include development, qualification, and first article testing.
Production Avenue Facility
Tyonek’s Production Avenue facility occupies 20,000 square feet for assembly, integration and kitting activities.

In addition to our primary manufacturing complex, Tyonek maintains local facilities to accommodate integration and kitting activities as well as executive and administrative offices. Currently, we occupy a 20,000 sq. ft. complex located at 500 Production Avenue (approximately one mile from the main complex) which provides additional space needed for integration and packaging activities for manufacturing programs. This facility is ideally suited for mechanical assembly, vehicle and shelter integration, and various kitting activities.
Executive and administrative offices are located nearby in the Intergraph Complex.
Expansion Capability
As one customer put it, “Every time I visit these facilities, I see positive change occurring.” The Seraphim Stephan, Sr. Manufacturing Complex in Madison, AL, since its beginning in 2004 has expanded to include larger electrical production capacity, shipping and receiving areas, an enhanced paint shop and a new alodine line. As part of process improvements, the mechanical quality department is expanding with additional equipment, space and personnel. Additional space has also been added to support the growth of our engineering and product development department and other administrative support activities.
